Auroral Alert!

Be on the lookout for aurora borealis tonight, even in the lower latitudes. A solar wind sparked auroras last night as far south as Michigan, and tonight's forecast is still strong for their possible appearance down here in the south.

    Where did you get the info from. I want to find out if I will be able to see it in North Central Washington.

    If I can, I'm camping out tonight.

    Thanks for the info. Last time something like that happen, the night sky had this reddish tint to it. Very cool!

    That stuff almost never comes as far south at Kansas City, much less farther south to Roundrock.
