I had something around 3.5 inches of rain but not the 5-6-8 inches they got. How did you fare? My birds emptied the feeders before that storm--just like before a winter storm. the power was back on here before I got home from work.

CarolynCarolyn Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03179182853082650546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15891819.post-80879398358226085352010-09-29T21:26:45.178-04:002010-09-29T21:26:45.178-04:00Hope they do stay safe, along with you. This storm is growing badder by the hour.

Plus the birds were at the feeder all day long, eating like crazy. normally they are gone by 4 but they were still going at it at 6pm. They don't do that unless there's really bad storm coming.

Under a flood watch already, along with you.(I look). There's talk of 40+ wind gust, so might lose power. Hopefully that will happen at work, just so I can go home earlier.Cathyhttp://www.thequietone.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15891819.post-23775394743744960152010-09-29T14:57:26.820-04:002010-09-29T14:57:26.820-04:00I'm so glad you take such good care of your he...I'm so glad you take such good care of your hens.
